I expected her death and so I was somewhat prepared for it as was she, but her death didn’t mean the end of my life, it resulted it me being able to fulfil a lifelong ambition to return back to education and study again. I’m in my 30’s now and I’ll be joining your university in September to start my training – 98 days to go! Carers week is still important to me as I am involved in voluntary work within mental health and find having been a carer for so long I can relate to how others feel when they are taking care of their loved ones and they reach out to our voluntary organisation for support or advice.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
