Well 3 conundrums actually. The...A Conundrum Blog!<br /><br />Well 3 conundrums actually. The first conundrum you identify in your eloquent synopsis of yet another NHS plan set against a backcloth of intended fiscal reform. The second conundrum is that of reverting from the use of e-mail (perhaps less than 100 on a good day?)to the more personal type of communications via the telephone and/or face to face chat. Of course it has always been easy to have 'the quick word' or the 'just need 5 minutes' but alas we all know that the reality is either of these usually end up as at least a 20 minute explication. So whilst your sentiments of being more person centred are admirable, how this will work in practice is an interesting conundrum.
